Objective:TO evaluate different frequency and intensity of Pudendal nerve electrical stimulation on chain urea with induced diabetic rats bladder,urine dynamics indexes of diabetic cystopathy for clinical application of nerve electrical stimulation treatment to provide experimental basis.Methods:48 adult female SD rats,weight 140-160-g,were randomly divided into control group(8),DM made module(8)and DM + electrical stimulation group(32).Will only 32 after modeling based on frequency electrical stimulation group rats were randomly divided into:5 hz group,10 hz and 20 hz,40 hz group,each group of eight only.Each group was given three different intensities of pudendal nerve electrical stimulation(0.8T,1T,2T).Comparison between groups of bladder urination period,bladder voiding pressure and residual urine volume,bladder capacity changes.Results:Compared with the control group,DM group rats urinate interphase extended obviously,bladder capacity increase,bladder voiding pressure is reduced,residual urine volume increased.Low frequency pudendal nerve electrical stimulation(5 hz,10 hz)to extend the period between DCP bladder urination,increasing bladder capacity,residual urine volume increased significantly,consider to the inhibition of micturition reflex.High-frequency pudendal nerve electrical stimulation(20 hz,40 hz)can be excited DCP bladder micturition reflex,reduce bladder capacity and residual urine volume,shorten the period between micturition,can improve the state of DCP bladder function.Low frequency pudendal nerve electrical stimulation(5 hz,10 hz)and high frequency pudendal nerve electrical stimulation(20 hz,40 hz)could improve the DCP rats bladder voiding pressure.Under the same stimulation frequency,the stimulation of different intensity on the changing of bladder voiding pressure has no obvious difference between.And under the same stimulus intensity,the high frequency pudendal nerve electrical stimulation compared with the pudendal nerve electrical stimulation at low frequency,high frequency electrical stimulation of the bladder voiding pressure improvement is more apparent.Conclusion:Pudendal nerve electrical stimulation can inhibit or excited DCP bladder micturition reflex,which related to stimulus frequency and intensity.Low-frequency pudendal nerve electrical stimulation(5?10 hz)can inhibit the DCP micturition reflex of rats,increase bladder capacity and residual urine volume,duration between urination.And high frequency pudendal nerve electrical stimulation(20^40 hz)can be excited DCP micturition reflex of the bladder,bladder capacity and reduce residual urine volume,shortening the time of urination,may help to improve the volume of bladder bladder function and neural function.
