With the continuous development of economy,health care has become one of the important problems of people's livelihood.However,in our country,there are many defects in the system and the service of medical treatment.It is an important problem for people to see a doctor difficult and expensive.Although,with the planning of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine in 13th Five-Year,China in some areas to promote the classification of medical and two-way referral system,but there are many deficiencies,and did not establish a perfect two-way referral system.The problems existing in the two-way referral for surgery in the hospital after the decomposition of large to the rehabilitation of patients to the community health service center of referral,community medical service center referral to a large hospital seriously ill patients.The transfer of the actual problem caused by the profit transfer in the two-way referral into the queuing theory model,Through the way of solving the matrix,and the way of literature research,get the data into the model,to explore the large hospitals and community health service center by the maximum profit of referral rate and patient arrival rate,the average waiting time of the patients and influence factors of hospital resource utilization characteristics etc.Finally,the cost of waiting patients is different,different unit profit,with the arrival rate of the left and the optimal two-way referral in large hospitals and community health service center in the profit maximizing referral probability analysis,and put forward the optimal strategy of referral in different situations of large hospitals and community health services.and the different referral the rate of case of large hospitals and community health service center put forward the corresponding strategies for referral,large hospitals and community health service center to provide a theoretical basis and decision-making reference,so that both sides willing referral patients,to ensure the effective operation of two-way referral system in China.
