| BackgroundIn the new medical model of "biological-psychological-social",it is imperative to cure the depression while treat primary disease of the blood.This paper combined Chaihu plus Longgu Muli decoction and ear acupoint in the treatment of depression with hematological system diseases,to observe the clinical effects and draw conclusions,providing the method for the treatment of depression with hematological system diseases with TCM therapy.MethodsApplying prospective study method and randomized controlled method,the 42 patients with depressive disorder of Guangzhou University of TCM in the first affiliated hospital were divided into control group(blank control group)and experimental group(decoction and ear acupoint group)and 21 cases in each group.Treatment was given at the begining.Compared two groups of patients,depressive disorder,sleep,gastrointestinal discomfort before treatment,after the first week of treatment,the second week of treatment,the third week of treatment,using statistical methods to record and compare two groups of experimental data above four periods in patients with Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD),SPIEGEL scale,gastrointestinal discomfort and TCM symptom,make analysis with data before and after the experiment,finally draw statistical calculations.Results:(1)Depression in two groups:after treatment,HAMD scale score was reduced in the experimental group(P<0.05);after 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks,HAMD scale score were relatively lower than control group(P<0.05);TCM depression symptoms in experimental group was improved(P<0.05),the treatment of depression with hematological system diseases was statistically significant.(2)Sleep situation in two groups:after 1 week,s treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).As the period of treatment growing,sleep situation in experimental group was improved than the control group(P<0.05),after treatment for 2 weeks and 3 weeks.(3)Gastrointestinal adverse reactions:after treatment for 1 week,3 weeks,gastrointestinal conditions was improved than before(P<0.05)in experi-mental group;after treatment for 2 weeks,improvement is not obvious(P>0.05);after treatment for 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks,the gastrointestinal adverse reactions in experimental group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aplying Chaihu plus Longgu Muli decoction and ear acupoint in the treatment of depression with hematological system diseases is a effective clinical way,which could regulate patients,depressed situation,improve the patients' sleep condition,reduce gastrointestinal side effects. |
