Abstract/Summary:
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of combined indocyanine green(ICG)scavenging,s ingle photon emission computed tomography(SPECT)and three-dimensional reconstru ction in the preoperative evaluation of primary hepatocellular carcinoma(PLC)Of the a pplication value. Methods Fifty patients underwent hemihepatectomy were enrolled in this study.Twent y-six patients underwent ICG clearance test,SPECT and three-dimensional reconstructi on technique before operation(observation group).Including the assessment of the pa tient’s liver reserve function and preoperative simulation of surgical planning。Tw enty-four patients didn’t underwent the combined preoperative evaluation(contro l group).Do the traditional preoperative assessment, based on serum enzymes and two-dimensional CT image data.Compared the two groups of patients with intraoperat ive and postoperative-related indicators;analysis of postoperative liver dysfunction an d other complications of the differences. To explore the combined preoperative assess ment of ICG clearance test,SPECT and three-dimensional reconstruction techniqu es can play a guiding role in hemihepatic resection. Results The operative time and hospital stays were 134.2 minutes and 12.2 days in th e observation group, which were significantly lower than those in the control group(157.0 minutes and 14.8 days,P <0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 19.2%,which was significantly lower than that in th e control group(45.8%,P<0.05).Observation group and control group blood loss respectively(522.7 ± 199.2)ml and(548.3 ± 156.0)ml,pull out the drainage tu be after the number of days(7.4 ± 3.3)d and(9.0 ± 4.0)d respectively,The nu mber of bleeding in the observation group and the number of days after removal of drainage tube were less than that of the control group, but there was no signi ficant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion Combined ICG clearance test,SPECT and three-dimensional reconstru ction of the preoperative assessment of surgery can reduce the actual operation ti me and postoperative complications associated with the emergence of semi-hepate ctomy surgery have some guiding significance.
