Clinical Observation Of Ginger Scraping Combined With Dog-day Application In The Treatment Of Children With Allergic Rhinitis

ObjectiveThe aim was to observe the clinical effect of Ginger Scarping Combined with Dog-day Application in the Treatment of Children with AR,and to provide a simple,safe and effective Method for the clinical treatment of Children with AR.MethodsAccording to the diagnostic crite:ria,inclusive criteria and exclusive criteria,a total of 64 patients with Children with AR were selected and randomly split into the treatment group and the control group with 32 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were treated by Ginger Scraping Combined with Dog-day Application on the Dog-day for the five times(the Firs time:on July 7,2016;Second time:on July 17,2016;the Third time:on July 27,2016;Fourth time:on August 16,2016;the Last time:on August 26,2016).Otherwise the patients in the control group were given Oral Loratadine,5 mg each time,once a day.The treatment of All the patients were taken eight weeks as a course.Before and After the treatment,the patients were measured by AR symptom scores,RQLQ score and serum IgE.At the same time,the clinical effect of the two groups were assessed by Diagnostic Criteria of Children with AR in 2009 after treatment.Afterwairds,SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software was used to analyze the data collected.The efficacy of the two groups were compared according to the results.ResultsAfter the intervention,31 cases in the treatment group had completed the trial,and 30 cases had completed in the control group.Statistical analysis results were as follows:1 Baseline data:There were no significant differences in general data(gender,age,weight,the course of disease,)between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in observation target(AR symptom score,RQLQ score and the content of IgE)before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).It showed that the baseline data of the two groups were comparable.2 Clinical effect:In the treatment group,28 cases were effective,3 cases ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90.3%.While in the control group,19 cases were effective,11 cases ineffective,and the total effective rate was 63.3%.The curative effect of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).It showed that the treatment group was better than the control group.3 AR symptom score:The AR symptom scores of the two groups were decreased after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).The AR symptom score of treatment group decreased significantly than the control group.Two groups of patients before and after treatment on the difference of AR symptom score were statistically different(P<0.05).It showed that the treatment group was better than the control group.4 RQLQ score:The RQLQ scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The RQLQ score of the control group was significantly lower than that of the treatment group.Two groups of patients before and after treatment on the difference of The RQLQ scores were statistically different(P<0.05).It showed that the control group was better than the treatment group.But three months after treatment,we found that the RQLQ score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the treatment group being better than the control group.5 Serum IgE content:The content of serum IgE of two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The serum content of IgE treatment group were decreased than that of the control group.The difference of serum IgE levels between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).It showed that the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusions1 Ginger Scarping Combined with Dog-day Application in the Treatment of Children with AR can not only effectively reduce the number of sneezes,relieve shed tears,release rhinobyon and so on.,but also improve quality of life on Children with AR to a certain degree.In the long term,the curative effect of the Ginger Scarping Combined with Dog-day Application is better than that of the Oral Loratadine.2 Ginger Scarping Combined with Dog-day Application in the Treatment of Children with AR is an simple,safe and effective treatment method.
