Objective:Objective To observe the clinical effect of UCS(Upper Cross Syndrome)in the treatment of guidance(baduanjin),and to provide clinical evidence for the prevention and treatment of the disease. Methods:The research included cross in 2015-2016 from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University on the syndrome of 80 patients aged 20-40 years old, through the examination were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,40 cases in each group, before treatment for all patients with Posture Screen posture assessment test, the control group routine at the same time, give life guidance computer if ultrashort wave therapy, treatment group based instruction in daily life and computer intermediate frequency, ultrashort wave therapy on the chest, neck, and back muscles effectively eight section brocade guided training. Each intervention for 4 weeks and 3 months, later by the authority of the Department of rehabilitation group the treatment group and the control group of patients with UCS Posture Screen and head posture assessment test to test the migration distance, head deviation angle and offset distance, shoulder shoulder angle data of more than.Results:1 UCSPAD comparison between the two groups before and after treatment:?Before treatment,UCSPAD was compared between the two groups of P>0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference in UCSPAD between the two groups before treatment.?After 4 weeks of treatment, the UCSPAD of the in the two groups was compared with that of P>0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference in UCSPAD between the two groups after treatment.?After 3 months of treatment, the UCSPAD of the in the two groups was compared with that of P<0.05,indicating that there was a significant difference in UCSPAD between the two groups after treatment.2 before and after treatment in the two groups of patients with head offset distance comparison:?Before treatment, the distance between the two groups was compared with that of P>0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment.?After 4 weeks of treatment, the distance between the two groups was compared with that of P>0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference in the distance between the two groups after treatment for the first time in the 4 groups.?After 3 months of treatment, the distance between the two groups was compared with P<0.05,indicating that there was a significant difference in the distance between the two groups after treatment for the first time in the treatment of the patients in the two groups.3 Comparison of two groups of patients before and after treatment of head offset angle:?Before treatment, the two groups were compared with P>0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment.?After 4 weeks of treatment, the head offset angle between the two groups was compared with that of P>0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment for the first time in the first 4 weeks.?After 3 months of treatment, the head offset angle between the two groups was compared with that of P<0.05,indicating that there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment for 3 months.4 Comparison of two groups of patients before and after treatment of shoulder offset distance:?The distance between the two groups before treatment was compared with that of P>0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment.?After 4 weeks of treatment, the distance between the shoulder of the between the two groups was compared with that of P>0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment for 4 weeks.?After 3 months of treatment, the distance between the shoulder of the two groups was compared with that of P>0.05.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after the treatment for 3 months.5 Comparison of two groups of patients before and after treatment of shoulder offset:?Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the groups in the shoulder deviation angle between the two groups, indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment.?After 4 weeks of treatment, the shoulder deviation angle between the two groups was P>0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment for 4 weeks.?After 3 months of treatment, the shoulder deviation angle between the two groups was compared with that of P<0.05,indicating that there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment for 3 months. Conclusion:physical therapy combined with guidance(baduanjin)intervention has significant clinical efficacy for improving cross syndrome, cold chest, round back scapular eminence bad posture change.
