The Clinical Study On The Therapy Of The Jingzhuihuoxuejiaonang Treating The Cervical Sondylotic Radiculopathy

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect in the treatment of the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)through clinical observation and comparison of the related index of oral Jingzhuihuoxue capsules and oral celecoxib capsule.And to evaluate the clinical significance and mechanism of Jingzhuihuoxue capsules on the treatment of CSR according to the related records.Methods: The subjects are come from the orthopaedic department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University,who are treated during the March 2016 to the February 2017.And 60 cases who are up to the diagnostic standards of CSR are divided into the treating group(contained 30 patients)and control group(contained 30 patients)at random after rigorous screening.The subjects in gendar,age,course of disease,VAS pain score and Yasuhisa Tanaka 20 score before treating were statistically analyzed.At last,no statistical difference was observed between them.Patients in treatment group were given Jingzhuihuoxue capsules,5 tablets each time,2 times a day,continuous treatment for 14 days,patients in control group were treated with the celecoxib capsule in the treatment of,0.2 grams each time,2 times a day,continuous treatment for 14 days.the change of the symptoms of the all patients were recorded and graded,observed and compared two groups of drug total efficiency,VAS pain score and Yasuhisa Tanaka 20 score changes after treatment.Then,the recorded data were organized and statistically analyzed.Result: Both groups of subjects were similar in terms of the sex,age,duration of disease,VAS pain score and Yasuhisa Tanaka 20 score before treating.And there were no significant differences both them.(1).The total efficiency of the treating group(96.7%)higher than that of control group(86.7%).And the cure rate and effective rate of the treating group were higher than that of the control group,the data of the about two groups were statistically analyzed.P <0.05 is obtained,so the result that total efficiency of the treatment group is superior to control group can be gained.(2).The VAS score before and after treatment in the two groups was recorded.Firstly,the score of the control group and the treating group was compared with that before treatment each other.It turns out to statistical difference was found between before and after treatment both groups(P<0.01),so the two drugs in reducing pain caused by CSR have good therapeutic effect.After treatment,the VAS score of treating group and that of control group were compared.Also the difference was significant(P<0.05),that is,the treatment group was better than the control group in pain relief.(3).The Yasuhisa Tanaka 20 score before and after treatment in the two groups was recorded.Firstly,the score of the control group and the treating group was compared with that before treatment each other.A statistical difference was found between before and after treatment both groups(P<0.01).Therefore,it indicates that the VAS score comparison has significant changes after treatment.Next,The Yasuhisa Tanaka 20 score between treating group and control group are statistically significant(P<0.01).The curative effect,that may improve symptoms and function activities,in the treating group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion: After clinical observation and statistical analysis,a conclusion can be drawn: jingzhuihuoxue capsule and celecoxib capsules can be in a certain extent to reduce or eliminate symptoms in patients with CSR.Also they can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the suffering of patients.But the group of jingzhuihuoxue capsules curative effect was more significant.The VAS pain score,the Yasuhisa Tanaka 20 score dropped significantly in the treatment.What's more,the total efficiency of treating group was higher than that of control group after treatment.Therefore,the jingzhuihuoxue capsule is an effective medicine for the treatment of CSR.Also its clinical curative effect is safe and effective.So the Jingzhuihuoxue capsule in the treatment of this disease has good clinical significance and application value.
