Systematic Review On Fried Glycyrrhizae Decoction In The Treatment Of Arrhythmia

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Fried Glycyrrhizae Decoction and its addition and subtraction in the treatment of arrhythmia.Methods: A comprehensive search of randomized,controlled clinical trials was conducted on the use of Fried Glycyrrhizae Decoction(Zhigancao soup)and its addition and subtraction in the treatment of arrhythmia from January 1,2000 to December 31,2016,published in various medical journals The This study was mainly based on the full text of Chinese academic journals(CNKI),supplemented by Wanfang database,Chinese disease knowledge database,Pub Med,EMBASE,CBM.Manually retrieved related related magazines and unpublished gray literature,data incomplete contact author asked.The methodological quality of the included literature was evaluated using Cochrane Reviewers Manual version 5.0,and the data were analyzed statistically using Revman version 5.3 software.Results: A total of 92 randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were enrolled in a total of8193 patients.Included in the study of 82 cases of C grade literature,only 10 cases of B literature.All the included literatures did not mention the allocation of hidden.Only eight studies illustrate the use of randomized methods,and other references only refer to "random".All included in the study only two mentioned the use of blindness,a single blind,a double blind.Most of the other literature did not mention the use of blindness.None of the six studies had fallen off / withdrawn and the rest did not mention it.Of which 10 are more stringent international diagnostic criteria,the remaining 63 for the domestic standard.Only 22 cases reported adverse reactions in the literature,29 articles describing the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and the remaining addition and subtraction group was significantly better than that of western medicine and routine treatment and other proprietary Chinese medicines.The effective rate was also better than that of the control group.Adverse reaction occurred: P = 0.25,I2= 18%(low heterogeneity),OR(FM)= 0.25,95% confidence interval(0.17,0.44).Diamond is located on the left side of the invalid line,yo statistical difference.It can be considered that the incidence of arrhythmia treatment of Fried Glycyrrhizae Decoction and its addition and subtraction group with Fried Glycyrrhizae Decoction as the main intervention is lower than that of conventional treatment and western medicine treatment.Conclusions:(1)The efficacy of ECG,Holter electrocardiogram and clinical efficacy were higher than those of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of western medicine,other proprietary Chinese medicine and routine treatment group.Which can be obtained Fried Glycyrrhizae Decoction and its addition and subtraction has a good effect and lower toxic side effects.(2)However,the quality of all the included clinical trials is not very high,there is a moderate bias may need to further develop a multi-center,large sample of high-quality randomized controlled trials for clinical decision-making to bring more reliable evidence.
