Researching On Cost Control Of Hospital Customized Information System Project

With the rapid development of information technology,medical technology and medical services as the core of information technology has become an important direction of hospital system reform.Able to quickly enhance the competitiveness of the hospital through the information system,so more and more hospitals in informatization construction,and the development of information system to take effective project management is an important guarantee for the completion of the requirements.The application of hospital information system in China started in the late 1980 s,compared with the western countries to nearly 30 years,through a large number of western developed countries in the development and management of hospital information system project management concept,make our country and the developed countries in Europe and the United States,the gap between the level of project management is slowly narrowing.But at present,most of the hospital information customization enterprises have not formed the project cost control system which is suitable for their own characteristics,most of the hospital information customization enterprises are trying to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost.(1)The thesis will analyze the characteristics of hospital information system customization project from the point of cost management and existing problems,summed up the human cost,environmental cost,market cost,tax cost four cost control key elements.(2)Through the investigation analysis of the human cost of the spending is the largest part of the information system project customization type hospital cost control,the level of labor costs directly affects the amount of the profits of the project.Through visits to research analysis of the hospital information system customization project in environment build,market promotion and development,implementation,maintenance and taxation in the presence of problem is current hospital customized development enterprises in the project cost control and to be solved problems,and to address these problems are analyzed.At last,the research object of the transit company(domestic hospital information system research and development company)is studied.This paper is a research on the application of cost control management in the project of customized information system.The research results have certain reference and guidance to the project of customized information system.It will also be beneficial for the development of domestic hospital information technology and more effective cost control experience.
