Objective:To study the postoperative rate of injection in patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor,to prevent and reduce the occurrence of hospital infection.Methods:The clinical data was collected from the maxillofacial malignant tumor patients,in the department of oral and maxillofacial of the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang medical university about 11years(2005-2016).A retrospective survey method was employed to analyze the postoperative wound infection status and related risk factors.Results:In 362 cases of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor patients,the infection rate was about 12.0%(43/362).According to statistics analysis,the preoperative albumin values,oral hygiene,postoperative internal drainage time,hospital duration,operation time,intraoperative hemorrhage and surgical procedure are risk factors for the patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor.Conclusion: The important measures to reduce the postoperative infection for patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor are to strength preoperative nutrition especially to improve patients with preoperative albumin values,shorten the operation time,improve the operation method,reduce intraoperative bleeding,strength postoperative nursing care,and reduce standing time and reasonable use of antimicrobial agents.
