Objective: Observed the 3D printing scaffolds mixed by DCCP and PVA gel,to detect the physicochemical properties and microstructure,and put the material back to animal experiment.odetect the expression of Collagen-I,OC,OPN,CSF-1,TNF,IL-1 and other related genes in vivo after implantation,and to study the mechanism of bone remodeling by scanning electron microscopy,real time quantitative PCR.Methods: Through the 3D printing technique for making DCCP /PVA scaffolds and NHA/PVA scaffolds,and compare the Microstructure,porosity,water absorption,compressive properties cytotoxicity of two scaffolds.Implant The 3D printed DCCP/PVA scaffold into the jaws of the experimental animals.With the same jaw control,the experimental animals were divided into three groups.To study the mechanism of bone remodeling in vivo by scanning electron microscopy,HE staining and real-time quantitative PCR.Results:(1)The diameter of 3D printed DCCP/PVA bone scaffold of is 240-600?m;The porosity is49.43±8.21%;water for 24 hour pilot is 23.84±0.74%;the mechanical properties of the200 Mpa strain is 25%;after 7d,the number of live cells on surface of 3D printed DCCP/PVA scaffold is higher than that of control group(P<0.05).(2)After the 3Dprinted DCCP/PVA scaffold is implanted in animals,The expression level of OC,OPN,Collagen-I,CSF-1,TNF-alpha and OPG in the three months of the pilot(that is,at the end of the end of bone remodeling),showed that the experimental group was greater than the control group(P<0.05).IL-1 showed that the control group was larger than the experimental group.Conclusion: The 3D printed DCCP /PVA scaffold in different time after implantation,the expression of each gene was significantly different.We can guesss DCCP/PVA scaffold in the repair of bone tissue,The expression of each gene was related to the degradation rate.It can be proved that in the process of bone tissue repair,the scaffold can induce the rapid repair of surrounding bone tissue and enhance the rate ofbone remodeling.
