Influence Of Four Kinds Of Commonly Used Oral Metal Materials Comparative Study On MRI Artifact

Objective: through the comparative study of in vitro repair in the clinical work of four kinds of different dental metal materials(cobalt chromium,titanium,palladium,silver Jin Ba)artifacts size commonly used in head and neck MRI examination in the sequence,for dental doctor choose whether to provide the clinical basis for the removal of implant fixed prostheses were examined by MRI when appropriate fixed restorations and involved in the mouth.Methods: in the upper left first molar has completed the preparation of standard dental standard model,wax production,precision casting,common name the same shape as the polished finish uniform cobalt chromium alloy,pure titanium,silver palladium,gold palladium metal crown model as the experimental group,the size and thickness of the experimental group crown as template making the ceramic crown as the control group,the experimental group metal crown in accordance with three rows and two rows placed in the way of the standard model into the containers,then pour in the distilled water,and finally placed in a rectangular plastic box,MRI scanning.Through the 1.5T MRI scanning imager with PACS measurement and analysis software measurement and Analysis on the central region scanned images,and the measurements were repeated three times for the average value in order to ensure the accuracy of measurement results.Results: the artifacts were found in the process of MRI scanning of CO Cr alloy,pure titanium and silver palladium alloy metal crown,and there was no artifact in the MRI scanning process of the gold palladium alloy and the control group.Conclusion: according to the experimental data analysis results,the clinical diagnosis examination,if there is a fixed denture patients need to do MRI,please peer review,see whether fixed denture interference diagnostic examination results,two gold palladium or zirconia materials can not remove the crown directly to MRI.
