Objective: Evaluate the risk factors affecting to definite diagnosis of ground glass opacity(GGO)through clinical characteristics and CT imaging features of 105 patients with definite pathological diagnosis. Methods 105 cases of ground glass opacity patients were selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.Clinical characteristics and CT imaging features were retrospectivly analysised,12 factors affecting the doctor's judgment of GGO were analyzed of single-factor and binary logistic regression analysis by spss19.0.Results 63 cases of malignant tumor among 105 ground glass opacity patients(60%)and 42 Benign lesion(40%).Single-factor analysis showed age, smoking index,GGO size, lobulation, spicule sign, pleural indentation and Hounsfield units(HU value)significantly affecting judgment. The multivariate analysis showed that the major risk factors were age, lobulation and spicule sign. Conclusion Age of patients and the imaging characteristics lobulation and spicule sign were important significance to judge the GGO benign and malignant lesions.
