Comparison Of Laparoscopic And Open Hepatectomy For The Treatment Of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective:to investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic hepatectomy and open hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 42 patients who underwent hepatectomy from hepatocellular carcinoma at Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from June 2014 to December 2015.According to different surgical methods are divided into two groups,of which 18 cases of LH group,OH group of 24 cases.All patients were followed by voluntary guidelines for surgical treatment.The age,sex,tumor diameter,tumor location,length of operation incision,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative time of first feeding,postoperative drainage time,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative complication rate,postoperative complications 1 year recurrence rate and other information,compare the differences between the two groups.Results:All the surgery was successfully completed,no cases of intraoperative death.There was no significant difference between the two groups in general data before surgery(P>0.05).The length of the incision,the time of first postoperative feeding,the time of postoperative drainage,the length of postoperative hospital stay and the incidence of postoperative complications were significantly lower than those of the OH group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative 1 year(P>0.05).Conclusion: LH is a safe and effective treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma in the appropriate way,when compared with the traditional open surgery,LH has a small incision,postoperative recovery quickly,less postoperative complications,postoperative Short hospital stay and other advantages,worthy of clinical promotion.
