Objective:By Chiari malformation type I the curative effect of two different operation were retrospectively analyzed,by comparing the pros and cons of two kinds of the warlock, set a more personalized surgical treatment for patients. Methods: Strict screening of xinjiang medical university first affiliated hospital neurosurgery in June 2014 to June 2016 were analyzed by the surgical treatment of patients with Chiari malformation type I 79 cases,5 cases were lost to follow-up,were included in the study of 74 cases. It can be divided into A,B two groups, one group A simple posterior fossa decompression of osseous, group B on the basis of group A surgical repair of uplink epidural expand + cerebellar tonsil resection,to analyze the ctive effect of two groups of patients with postoperative evaluation. Results: 74 cases of surgical patients,24 cases of male, female 50 cases,34 patients with group A,40 patients with group B,group A patient operation efficiency reached 82.4%,only 1 case of postoperative complications, postoperative, the group B was 80.0%,but the postoperative complications were higher than that of group A,the curative effect of two groups of postoperative data were statistically chi-square(X2 = 0.07,P > 0.07),it is concluded that no statistical significance between two groups. Conclusions: Two groups of surgical treatment with Chiari malformation type I to the postoperative recovery of syringomyelia and the improvement of clinical symptoms all have certain curative effect, simple posterior fossa decompression efficient higher than that of cerebellar tonsil resection, and complications after resection of the cerebellar tonsils than simple posterior fossa decompression, high and average hospitalization days, simple posterior fossa decompression of osseous operation is relatively safe, effective,we believe in patients with symptomatic Chiari malformation type I choose simple posterior fossa decompression is more safe and effective.
