Decompression And Coflex Interlaminar Stabilization Compared With Decompression And TLIF For Spinal Stenosis

Objective : To compare the short term efficacy of decompression and Coflex interspinous dynamic stabilization system and decompression and TLIF in the treatment of mild lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods:from 2013 to January July 2014 in Department of orthopedics in our hospital,in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria for exclusion,diagnosis of degenerative lumbar stenosis,parallel elderly patients with surgical treatment in 73 cases.The selection of decompression + Coflex interspinous dynamic stabilization system for a total of 23 people,decompression and TLIF a total of 50 people,2 years of follow-up data for all patients complete statistics of patients with blood loss,operative time,hospitalization time,preoperative and postoperative 1 months,6 months and 2 years of clinical indicators of the JOA VAS,ODI score,curative effect analysis and imaging indexes of dorsal ventral intervertebral height,intervertebral height,intervertebral height,intervertebral foramen height,spinal canal cross-sectional area,the operation of the adjacent segments of the 2 groups.Results:the decompression + Coflex group in intraoperative bleeding,operation time,hospitalization time was significantly better than the decompression + TLIF group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),in the 2 years of follow-up clinical and imaging indexes than before were good to change the good change,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),between the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).There were no complications in two groups in two years.Conclusion: the stenosis decompression in the treatment of lumbar Coflex group,operation time and hospitalization time were better than TLIF bleeding during surgery decompression group,in the short term follow-up clinical and imaging indexes of the two groups had no significant difference,the difference was not statistically significant.Decompression + Coflex is an effective,safe and effective surgical procedure for the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis due to the small trauma and the preservation of the physiological activities of the spine.Due to the short duration of follow-up,long-term efficacy will take much longer to confirm.
