Objective: RA is a kind of chronic diseases, which costs patients a lot, causes both mental and physical discomfort, and may eventually cause joint deformity and disable.During the treatment, the assessing of disease activity plays an important role. This study is to assess the application value of MSUS in assessing disease activity of RA patients. Methods: 35 RA patients treated in the Rheumatology department of People's Hospital of the Xinjang Uygur Autonomous Region, during Nov.2015~Nov.2016,wear recruited(M5,F30).Patients with other rheumatism diseases, patients suffering from serious disease, and patients had bone fracture or arthroplasty were excluded. All 35 patients had DAS28 assessment, dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI test of both left and right wrist, and MSUS scan of 28 joints.Record the data and make statistical analysis.Result: The DAS28 of 33 patients of all the 35 patients were higher than 2.6.Comparing the result of MSUS and MRI scan of both right and left wrists, there isn't a significant difference(P>0.05),and KAPPA,k=0.759,P=0.000,which means there is strong uniformity between the result of MSUS and MRI(P<0.001).There is positive correlation property between the result of MSUS and DAS28(P<0.001).Conclusion: There is strong uniformity between the result of MSUS and MRI.There is positive correlation property between the result of MSUS and DAS28.There is great value that the MSUS be adapted as a kind of efficient way of assessing the disease activity of RA.
