Analysis Of Etiology,diagnosis And Treatment Of Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding In 189 Cases

Objective: To investigate the etiology of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital,to compare the effect of different treatment measures,in order to provide a reliable basis for the further diagnosis and treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital.Methods: A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 189 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from February 2013 to February 2016.Results: In 189 patients of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding 108 cases of peptic ulcer,including 56 cases of duodenal ulcer,52 cases of gastric ulcer,36 cases of esophagogastric variceal bleeding,20 cases of acute gastric mucosal lesions,16 cases of gastric cancer,9 cases of other.Among them,,106 cases were improved or cured in the treatment of medicine,45 cases was improved or cured by endoscopic treatment,7 cases were improved or cured by the surgical treatment,and 17 cases died.Conclusion: Peptic ulcer was the leading cause for acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital,gastroscope has a good diagnostic value,the treatment is still based on medical treatment.Upper gastrointestinal bleeding often acute onset,the disease progressed quickly,rapid assessment of the condition is necessary.Taking effective treatment to maintain stable vital signs,at the same time as soon as possible to do gastroscope,to reduce mortality.
