Clinical Study On Modified Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction To Treat The Cold-heat Mixed Syndrome Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective: To investigate and summarize the theoretical basis of Modified Gui Zhi shaoyaozhimu Decoction in the treatment of the Cold-heat mixed Syndrome of Rheumatoid Arthritis,and assess its clinical efficacy and safety,to provide a theoretical basis and data support for the application of this prescription in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in clinical treatment.Methods: 1.Theoretical research: On the basis of relevant documents,to analyze the theoretical basis and the compatibility of compound prescriptions in the treatment of the Cold-heat mixed Syndrome of Rheumatoid Arthritis;2.Clinical research: Through randomized,open and randomized controlled study,72 cases of type of the Cold-heat mixed Syndrome of patients with RA was assigned as treatment group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases),using Modified Gui Zhi shaoyaozhimu Decoction with MTX and Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules with MTX for 8 weeks,respectively.Then record the related clinical symptoms and signs of two groups of RA patients(like the duration of morning stiffness,the number of joint tenderness,the number of joint swelling,the average grip strength),and the changes of experimentai examination index before and after treatment.And make a comparison and evaluation to the efficacy of the two groups of drugs after analysis.Results: Comparison of the total effect of the two groups,modified Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction group is better than the control group,significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,two groups of patients with the duration of morning stiffness,the number of joint tenderness,the number of joint swelling,the average grip strength,ESR,CRP,and related clinical symptoms were significantly improved,there was statistical significance the difference(P<0.01).The two groups were compared the clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes,modified Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction group is better than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: Comparison of clinical observation results can be concluded that the curative effect of Modified Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction in the treatment ofCold-heat mixed Syndrome of Rheumatoid Arthritis is obvious,better than Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules;in reducing the related laboratory inflammatory index,which has exact curative effect;at the same time,Modified Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction has good safety,no significant side effects.
