Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Candidiasis In Vulvar Vaginal Treated By Fushuangsan

Objective To observe "fushuangsan" and "fushuangsan" cooperating with Metronidazole Cloteimazole and Chlorhexidine Acetate Effervescent Tablets(MC&CAET)local medic ation VVC of candida disease clinical curative effect,for treating VVC clinical researc h data provided the best regimen.Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into three groups,the two groups of observation and a group of control group,with 30 cases of each,chinese medicine group to the chinese medicine "fushuangsan" genitals bathing and vagina douching treatment,chinese and western medicine group to "fushuangsan" genitals bathing combined MC&CAET vaginal treatment,control group that western medicine group,to the MC&CAET vaginal treatment.Seven days for a period of treatment.By observing the three groups of patients with clinical symptoms before and after the treatment(vaginal itching or burning pain,etc.),local signs,leucorrhea normal etc.This paper summarizes the change,by using the statistical software,SPSS21.0 to clinical data collected by rank and inspection,chi-square,and t test method,were analyzed.Results1.The chinese medicine group,chinese and western medicine group and western medicine group on candida clearance are 93.3%,100%,100% respectively.The total clinical curative effect of chinese medicine group,chinese and western medicine group and western medicine group was 80%,96.7 %,86.7% respectively.There was no significant difference in candida clearance and the clinical symptoms(P>0.05).2.Compared with the conventional indexes,in terms of cleaness,the curative effect of the three groups was significant(P<0.01);there was no significant difference in the PH value(P>0.05);In leucocyte and prolidase,the curative effect of chinese and western medicinegroup was significant(P<0.05);In hydrogen peroxide,the curative effect of chinese and western group was significant(P<0.05);In acetaminoglucosidase,the effect of chinese and western medicine group was very effective(P<0.01).3.Patients with conscious genital pruritus,leukorrhagia,peculiar smell,three groups were very significant(P<0.01);in leukorrhagia,the chinese medicine group was superior to the western medicine group(P<0.05),the chinese and western medicine group was superior to the western medicine group(P<0.05);in colour and texture of whites,the chinese medicine group was significantly better than the other two groups(P<0.01),chinese and western medicine group was significantly better than western medicine group(P<0.01).4.In improving the local signs,the chinese medicine group was superior to the western medicine group and the chinese and western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of vaginal secretions in pregnant women was significantly better than that in western medicine group and chinese and western medicine group(P<0.01).Conclusion1.Fushuangsan treatment of VVC,the clinical efficacy of certain,and can effectively improve the accompanying symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients,efficacy and the same as the MC&CAET.2.Fushangsan in VVC in patients with local signs,consciously under the color,vaginal secretion in many aspects than MC&CAET.3.Fushuangsan combined with MC&CAET in the improvement of patients with consciously take the amount of color,improve the quality of the effect is better than simply with women cool and simply with MC&CAET.
