Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Postoperative Menopausal Syndrome In Ovarian Ancer By Xiancheyin

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of XianCheYin in the treatment of postoperative menopausal syndrome of ovarian cancer,and to provide a safe and effective Chinese medicine treatment of postmenopausal women with gynecological malignancies and improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:Collected from May 2015 to December 2016 during the treatment of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine gynecological clinic,in line with the standard of ovarian cancer patients with postoperative menopausal syndrome in 30 cases.Through their own before and after the control of the research method,given XianCheYin treatment of patients for 3 months.To observe the clinical efficacy of the patients after treatment,the efficacy of TCM after treatment,Improved kupperman symptom score before and after treatment,TCM symptom score,individual TCM symptom score,tumor patient quality of life scale score,changes in safety indicators including serum CA125 levels.Results:1.Clinical efficacy:After treatment,the total effective rate was 76.67%,of which 0 cases were cured,4 cases markedly effective,19 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective.2.Chinese medicine syndrome to determine:After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 93.33%,of which 5 cases were cured,15 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective.3.Improved kupperman symptom score:After treatment,Improved kupperman symptom score decreased compared with before treatment,before and after treatment the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Indicating that XianCheYin can reduce the Improved kupperman symptoms,can.effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients with menopausal syndrome.4.Symptom score of Chinese medicine:After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Explain XianCheYin can reduce the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,which can effectively relieve symptoms of Kidney yin and yang deficiency.5.Comparison of Individual Symptom Score in Traditional Chinese Medicine:The scores of single symptom of TCM patients were lower than those before treatment,and there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).Note:XianCheYin can reduce the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,can effectively alleviate the symptoms of Chinese medicine.6.Tumor patients' quality of life scale scores:After treatment,patients with cancer patients with quality of life score score decreased before treatment,before and after treatment differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Indicating that XianCheYin can reduce the tumor quality of life scale score,effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of cancer patients to improve the quality of life of patients.7.Safety criteria:patients after treatment did not produce significant adverse reactions,no clinical adverse events.Serum CA125 before and after treatment without exception,no significant differences before and after treatment(P>0.05).Review of liver function,renal function without exception.Indicating that XianCheYin treatment of ovarian cancer postmenopausal syndrome safety is good.Conclusion:XianCheYin can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with postoperative menopausal syndrome of ovarian cancer,improve patients with Kidney yin and yang deficiency of TCM syndrome,improve the quality of life of patients,and good security.
