Clinical Observation Of Xiaoyao Powder In The Treatment Of Scanty Menstruation Due Tu Stagnation Of Liver Qi And Spleen Deficiency

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of this method in the treatment of scanty menstruation due to stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency through the use of Chinese medicine "Xiaoyao Powder" in addition to the treatment of stagnation of the liver qi and spleen deficiency type.Method:According to the inclusion criteria,select 60 cases of female patients with-2017 in January 2016 January in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine,a gynecological clinic,using prescription Xiaoyaosan oral treatment,since menstruation started taking the medication,taking to menstruation,menstrual cycle to a take as a course of treatment,continuous take three a menstrual cycle.The changes of menstruation and symptoms of TCM were recorded before and after medication,and the changes of blood FSH,LH,E2,PRL and endometrial thickness before and after treatment were observed.Result:Comprehensive treatment results:clinical observation of 60 cases,of which 15 cases were cured,32 cases markedly effective,effective in 12 cases,ineffective in 1 cases,the total effective rate was 98.33%,the clinical treatment effect was remarkable.The menstrual volume before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),the amount of menstruation was less and the symptoms improved significantly.Before and after the treatment of symptoms of Chinese medicine,compared with statistical significance(P<0.05),clinical observation,treatment effect is satisfactory,Chinese medicine symptoms improved significantly.There were no significant differences in blood FSH,LH,E2,and PRL values before and after treatment(P>0.05).The endometrial thickness after treatment was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyao Powder addition and subtraction treatment of liver depression,spleen deficiency type of menstruation,clinical treatment effect is remarkable.The method can effectively improve the symptoms of scanty menstruation and the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine,and the treatment process is safe and reliable without any side effects.
