Objective: Through the observation of 60 cases of children with severe pneumonia in Ig A,Ig M,Ig G and CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+,Th1,Th2,Th17,IFN-gamma,IL-4,the change of IL-17,analysis the status of the immune function,to explore its clinical significance,so as to provide the basis for immunological treatment.Methods: January 2016-December changchun city children's hospital of the 60 cases of children with severe pneumonia confirmed as observation group,the other selection in children with mild pneumonia 60 cases as control group.Immune scattering turbidimetric method and flow cytometry and ELISA analysis observation of 60 cases of children with severe pneumonia and control group in peripheral blood of Ig A,Ig M,Ig G and CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+,Th1,Th2,Th17,IFN-gamma,IL-4,the change of IL-17.Results: Children with severe pneumonia of Ig A,Ig M,Ig G content in different degree of reduced,CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+ content is reduced,the CD4~+ /CD8~+ ratio decreased,the number of Th1,Th17 cells were higher than the control group,the Th1 / Th2 ratio is higher than the control group,children with severe pneumonia IL-17 levels are significantly higher than the controlgroup.Conclusions: Ig A,Ig M,Ig G of children with severe pneumonia are lower.T cell subsets of children with severe pneumonia are lower.Th1/Th2 of children with severe pneumonia is imbalance,and the immune disorders are more severe.Th17 may play an important role in the progress of severe pneumonia in children.
