Influenza virus is a pathogen of influenza(influenza).Which influenza virus antigen is susceptible to variation,has repeatedly caused a worldwide pandemic.The emphasis on the avian flu virus stems from the Spanish Flu from 1918 to 1919 which killed 50 million to 100 million people in the world.It is precisely because of this catastrophic thing coming again and again,to stimulate the majority of domestic and foreign experts and scholars to study the strong interest in research workers who follow suit to compete for the mystery of influenza virus.This paper makes full use of proteomics technology,studied the interaction of influenza virus and host cells in detail.In the research of influenza virus infection Vero cells,found 15 new differential proteins of new expression,found its specific expression of the protein post-translational modification.After the liquidchromatography combined analysis of the three sets of samples,more differences were found,we found 36 up-regulated protein and 19 downregulated protein.In the palmitoylation-modified experiment,the influenza virus protein was identified.The results showed that the influenza A biotin exchangement reaction,affinity chromatography and mass spectrometry were used to identify the influenza A virus,found two palmitoylation sites in the tail cell(Cys562 and Cys565).That is,at both sites where lipid covalent modification occurs.It is precisely because palmitoylation can involve multiple stages of the viral life cycle,especially the initial phase and the final stage,which makes the S-type influenza virus hemagglutinin S-palmitoylation modification of this study was clearly given importantsignificance.The study also provided the corresponding information for improving the mechanism of influenza virus infection and the discovery of new targets.
