Background Orthodontic is a subject that studying the pathogenesis, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of malformation, depending on the type of malformation and its therapies, rectification period of for us to correct malformation, but the psychological development and physical development of adolescents are not synchronized, and it may cause a series of psychological problems in this process.Malformation will cause some psychological problems, and the rectification device is likely to further aggravate the patient's psychological problems in the process of the combined treatments, these will be a certain impact on treatment adherence in patients [3].The successful treatment of orthodontic patients depends not only on clinical level of orthodontic doctors, but also the mental health status of orthodontic patients,Because the main targets of orthodontic is the teenagers in adolescence, the psychological state of these patients is not stable, and the ability of self adjusting is not as well as adults.Their physical and mental status is from unstable to stable. The entrance pressure that teenagers should face is very big,so it is the most volatile period of psychological state in life, this kind of special psychological conditions necessary for orthodontic treatment for composition and treatment effect in the process of produce certain influence health status,2 = absence of neurotic behavior,1 = overdose pathologic behavior,6 = Lack of pathological behavior.(3)The physician assesses the questionnaire, which is evaluated by the doctor on the patient's treatment compliance, including 25 subjects with self-discipline,self-initiative,negative resistance, interpersonal relationship. Each entry is always, often,Very few, never five levels of score,respectively,5 points to 1 point, where the negative resistance for the reverse score, the need for data conversion. The score of the entries accumulated, the score and the total score, converted into standard points, the higher the score, the better the compliance.Scoring methods: 5 points score,1 and 7 belong to the disease state were recorded as 1 point,2 and 6 belong to the sub-health state were recorded as 2 points,3 to 5 belong to the state of health were recorded as 3 to 5 points. The newly generated five grades of assessment criteria for the 5 points for the high health status,4 divided into general health status,3 divided into low health status,2 divided into sub-health state,1 divided into disease state.Adding the scores of the entries to get the total score of the
