ObjectiveTo analyze the risk factors for cerebral vasospasm following post-operation Of acoustic neuroma.MethodsFrom January 2010 to February 2015,we enrolled 153 patients with Acoustic Neuroma.According to the standard and the folw velocities(in the biliateral internal carotid, middle cerebral, anterior cerebral arteries, assessed with transcranial Doppler before surgery and on postoperative days 1,3,5,7,and 9),80 patients involved were assigned into vasospasm group(43 cases),and the rest patients were assigned into non-vasospasm group(37cases).General data and clinical indexes of the two groups were analyzed.Multivariate Logistic regression analyses were conducted to investigate the risk factors for cerebral vasospasm following post-operation Of acoustic neuroma.Results43 patients of the 80 patients got cerebral vasospasm. The younger age, larger tumor, and firm tumor consistency were associated with vasospasm.ConclusionThe younger age, larger tumor, and firm tumor consistency were the risk factors for cerebral vasospasm.
