The Comparison Of Nalbuphine And Sufentanil For Patient-controlled Intravenous Analgesia After Gynecological Larparoscopic Surgery

Objective:Comparing the analgesia effect of nalbuphine and sufentanil in laparoscopic postoperation patient-controlled intravenous analgesia and rate of side effect,to evaluate the analgesia effect of nalbuphine in gynecological laparoscopic postoperation and relative side effects.Methods:Approved by ethics at jilin university,patients with selective laparoscopic surgery,AS A I or II level,were randomly divided into two groups.Experimental group in other words nalbuphine group(40 cases)and control group in other words sufentanil group(40 cases),all with patient-controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA)pumps.The people who add drug to analgesia device know nothing about group dividing,and follow-up was another anesthetist knowing nothing about group dividing.Experimental group with drugs nalbuphine 100 mg diluted with saline to 100 mL in the patient-controlled intravenous analgesia pumps,continous infusion rate of 2 mL.h-1,patients could release a bolus of 2 ml on demand,with lockout of 10min.Control group with drugs sufentanil 100 mg diluted with saline to 100 mL in the patient-controlled intravenous analgesia pumps,continous infusion rate of 2 mL.h-1,patients could release a bolus of 2 ml on demand,with lockout of lOmin.Assess level of pain after 2h,4h,8h,12h,24h with Visual Analogue Score(VAS),record the number receiving supplementation of pain therapy with tramadol(dose is 50mg),and the total dosage of administered drug and the total number of press and effective number of press,and record adverse reactions including respiratory depression nausea and vomiting,drowsiness,dysphosia and pruritus.Results:There was no statistical difference in demographic data.The visual analogue scales of nalbuphine group and sufentanil group have no statistical difference(p>0.05).the consumed drug volumes and the total numbers of press and effective numbers of press also have no statistical difference(p>0.05).with the total side effects of respiratory depression nausea and vomiting,drowsiness,dysphosia and pruritus,nalbuphine group are significantly lower than sufentanil groups,with statistical difference(p<0.05).there is no statistical difference in the number using remedial analgesia drug(p>0.05).Conclusion:effect of nalbuphine for patient-controlled intravenous analgesia for laparoscotpic surgery is similar to sufentanil,and with less side effects,thus nalbuphine is a good option for gynecological laparoscopic surgery postoperation analgesia.
