Clinical Observation About The Treatment Of Needle-Knife Therapy On Tarsal Sinus Syndrome

Objective:This study was designed to treat tarsal sinus syndrome with needle-knife therapy,and to observe and evaluate the curative effect data of tarsal sinus syndrome before and after treatment to explore the pathogenesis of tarsal sinus syndrome.Methods:60 patients with tarsal sinus syndrome were randomly divided into two groups:therapy group(n =30)and control group(n=30).The therapy group was treated with needle knife,once a week,three times.The control group was treated with local closure and treated with the therapy group.The AAS was used to evaluate the efficacy of the visual analogue pain score(VAS)and the American Society of Ankle Arrhythmia(AOFAS)Ankle-Hindfoot Scoring system(AHS).The scores of the patients were followed up for one month before and after treatment,and then Ridit The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software.Result:The VAS score and AOFAS score of the therapy group and the control group were significantly different before and after treatment.The specific curative effect evaluation showed that there were significant differences between the therapy group and the control group by Ridit analysis,The observation rate was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:Knife knife therapy and local closure therapy are effective for tarsal sinus syndrome.Knife knife therapy is superior to local occlusion therapy.Acupuncture treatment is effective in the treatment of tarsal sinus syndrome with no obvious side effects and good safety Sexual,patient satisfaction,with clinical promotion value.
