Objective:This study was to investigate the distribution of TCM syndrome Differentiation of diabetic cardiomyopathy by using Microsoft Excel and statistical methods through the retrospective analysis of clinical data,and to provide an objective basis for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy in order to better serve the clinical.Methords:According to the relevant diagnostic criteria,exclusion criteria and inclusion criteria,the patients who were admitted to the outpatient department of the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Department of Endocrinology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from January 2015 to December 2016 were surveyed,119 cases of diabetic cardiomyopathy were collected.Results:The data of 119 patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy were statistically analyzed,and the following conclusions were obtained:1.The syndrome diffirentiation of Atherosclerosis are:Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome,Phlegm-blood obstruct syndrome,Yin-Yang deficiency syndrome,Heart-Yang and Kindey-Yang deficiency syndrome.2.Diabetic cardiomyopathy patients with an average total cholesterol>5mmol/L,close to the upper limit of normal,no difference between the various syndromes.3.Diabetic cardiomyopathy patients with an average triglyceride>2.1 mmol/L,was higher than normal Between Phlegm-blood obstruct Syndrome and Yin-Yang deficiency syndrome has a significant difference.Conclusions:1 The syndrome diffirentiation of Atherosclerosis are:Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome,Phlegm-blood obstruct syndrome,Yin-Yang deficiency syndrome,Heart-Yang and Kindey-Yang deficiency syndrome.2 There was no difference between the various syndromes in the average total cholesterol.3 Between Phlegm-blood obstruct Syndrome and Yin-Yang deficiency syndrome has a significant difference in average triglyceride.
