Clinical Satisfaction Analysis Of The Lean Treatment Botulinum Toxin A Injections

[Objective]This paper discuss the lean treatment botulinum toxin A injections theory,then we started lean treatment on clinical,and compared with modeled treatment before,to find a better way to obtain a better clinical satisfaction.[Methods]Collect 540 cases from November,2014 to June,2016 for botulinum toxin A injections in plastic surgery department of the first affiliated hospital of dalian medical university.Randomly selected 50 modeled treatment cases from January,2015 to June,2015 as control group.Late as theoretical exploration and the accumulation of clinical experience,gradually transformed into using the lean treatment for botulinum toxin A injections,randomly selected 50 lean treatment cases from January,2016 to June,2016 as experimental group.After treatment(>6 months),by telephone follow-up,all cases fill the FTS satisfaction questionnaire.Statistical analysis was carried out on the questionnaire data,using double sample t-test method validation,the results are obtained.[Resauls]According to FTS questionnaire,summarize the data for the experimental group and control group,average survey statistics are calculated respectively in each subdivision project,compared two groups of subdivision project satisfaction,using t-test verification.Compare with the modeled treatment,the lean treatment obtain better satisfaction significantly.[Conclusions]The lean treatment of botulinum toxin A injections obtain better satisfaction significantly.Lean refers to a series of excellence,the reoperative consultation,evaluation,and the injection scheme,drug configuration and dilution,the injection point of injection,hierarchy,dose,the implementation of the injection technology,follow-up and so on.The lean treatment of botulinum toxin A injections is well worth clinical application.
