Objective:In this study.we retrospectively analyzed the relationship between neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and platelet/lymphocyte ratio(PLR)in peripheral blood and other endometrial lesions and the clinicopathological characteristics of patients with endometrial cancer,to explore the correlation between blood parameters and endometrial lesions.Methods:Collected from the Dalian Maternity Hospital in January 2010 to December 2015 due to endometrial lesions in patients undergoing surgical treatment.according to postoperative pathological return patients will be grouped.endometrial cancer group 273 cases,hyperplasia 34 cases in the group.42 cases of polyp group.Including endometrial cancer in 227 cases of stage Ⅰ,19 cases of stage Ⅱ,27 cases of stage Ⅲ,0 cases of stage Ⅳ;That is 261 cases of adenocarcinoma.7 cases of serous carcinoma.4 cases of clear cell carcinoma.1 case of small cell carcinoma:Endometrial adenocarcinoma was divided into 19 cases with high differentiation(G1).197 cases of moderate differentiation(G2)and 57 cases of poorly differentiated(G3).189 patients underwent pelvic lymph node cleaning/abdominal aortic lymph node dissection.including 14 cases of lymph node metastasis and 175 cases of negative.The information of peripheral blood leukocyte count,hemoglobin concentration,platelet count,mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW).NLR,PLR.neutrophils and lymphocyte ratio(MLR)were measured in each group of patients.The relationship between clinicopathological features and different blood parameters was analyzed in patients with endometrial cancer.Results:1、There were significant differences in hemoglobin concentration and platelet count between the endometrial cancer group,hyperplasia group and polyp group(P =0.041.0.023).And the PLR in the endometrial cancer group,hyperplasia group and polyp group was 116.29.120.76.98.99.respectively.There was a significant difference in PLR between the three groups(P = 0.042).The PLR of the cancer group was higher than that of the polyp group,the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.036).There were no significant differences in white blood cell count,neutrophil count,mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width,NLR,MLR,and other blood parameters between the three groups.2、In patients with endometrial carcinoma,the median NLR of stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ andⅢ were 1.57,1.64 and 1.74,respectively,the NLR of stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of the first stage.There was a significant difference between stage Ⅰand stage Ⅲ(P = 0.049).There was no significant difference in the NLR of the endometrial carcinoma in the different pathological grades groups and different lymph node metastasis groups.The median concentrations of hemoglobin in stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,andⅢ were 135 g/L,124 g/L and 129 g/L,respectively(P = 0.005).The hemoglobin concentration of the stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of the first stage.There was significant difference between stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅰ(P = 0.003).The median levels of hemoglobin concentration in grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ of endometrial carcinoma were 143 g/L,134 g/L and 131 g/L,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P = 0.015).There was no significant difference in hemoglobin concentration between different lymph node metastasis of the endometrial cancer.The difference of PLR in the different surgical stage groups of endometrial carcinoma was not statistically significant The difference of PLR in the different pathological grade groups and different lymph node metastasis groups was also not statistically significant.Conclusion:1,The platelets and PLR of Endometrial cancer and hyperplasia patients is higher than that of the Patients with polyps group,what shows that patients with endometrial carcinoma may increased platelet and other coagulation and immune response;PLR heighten can reflect the severity of the endometrial lesions.2,The increase of NLR in patients with endometrial carcinoma is related to the stage of endometrial cancer.With the increase of endometrial carcinoma,the NLR gradually increases,indicating that NLR in patients with endometrial carcinoma can reflect the spread of cancerous parts.3,With the increased disease of endometrial cancer patients,anemia increased.
