Traumatic brain injury is due to external causes, the mind of visible injury, can cause serious consequences. The traumatic brain injury in young and aged.30 years of age among young people, especially men accounted for the vast majority of traumatic brain injury. The common in youth or adult stage early,so often destroyed an important stage in the development of education and social life, the independence of killing embryonic and adult occupation ability, also influence the formation and development of marriage and family relations. The traumatic brain injury are the most common serious disabling neurological injury is an important social problem.Dysphagia is a traumatic brain injury(including open and closed head injury, subdural hemorrhage)common symptoms of patients, the incidence of reported inconsistently dysphagia in the patients with traumatic brain injury, roughly 30%~68%.mainly for the disorder process by oral food intake and transferred to the stomach.Mainly for the disorder process by oral food intake and transferred to the stomach.Resulting from malnutrition, aspiration pneumonia and asphyxia seriously reduce the quality of life of patients, and increased morbidity and mortality. Therefore, the swallowing obstacle caused by traumatic brain injury patients with early rehabilitation has an important the clinical significance of the treatment. This study is to investigate the effects of intermittent oral nutrition tube feeding on traumatic brain injury caused by swallowing function and nutritional status of patients with dysphagia. Objective: To investigate the effects of intermittent oral nutrition tube feeding on patients with dysphagia caused by traumatic brain injury of swallowing function and nutritional status. Methods: Patients with dysphagia in 50 cases of brain trauma from the First Affiliated Hospital from September 2014 to July 2016 in the Zhengzhou University Department of rehabilitation, the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,25 cases in each group. The observation group used intermittent oral nutrition gavage was given nutritional support, control group with indwelling nasogastric tube was given nutritional support. Two observation groups of patients before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment of nutritional indexes and swallowing function to improve the situation. Results: After 4 weeks of treatment, the observation group nutritional indexes were higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, two groups of patients with swallowing function before treatment were improved in different degree, but the patients in the treatment group compared with the control group improved significantly(P < 0.05).Conclusion: On the basis of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for Intermittent oral nutrition tube treatment, can promote the patients improve swallowing function, reduce the risk of aspiration, improve the nutritional status of patients at the same time, shorten the course, promote the cerebral trauma wound healing.
