Analysis Of Related Factors Affecting Prognosis Of Endovascular Treatment Of ASAH

Objective:Intracranial aneurysm is caused by the different processes of local abnormal changes of blood vessel formation,which is the most prominent of subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).About 70 percent SAH is related to intracranial aneurysm.Now we think that hypertension cerebral hemorrhage,cerebral thrombosis and intracranial aneurysms are the three main reason of cerebrovascular accident.The intracranial aneurysm is in third place.SAH which is caused by the rupture of intracranial aneurysms is also called aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(aSAH).Ruptured aneurysms for the first time can cause about 15%-20%deaths;The mortality rate in 2 years is as high as 75%-85%.If the aSAH patients are lucky enough to survive,more than half may left nerve damages such as hemiplegia,voice disorded and so on.Now there are mainly two method treatments that include endovascular treatment and clip craniotomy,which can cure the patients with aSAH.The purpose of this study is to reduce the morbidity and mortality in patients with,to improve the quality of survivals,to improve the prognosis.In this paper,the related factors of endovascular treatment of aSAH prognosis analysis and summary systematically.Method:In this paper,by analyzing the related factors influencing the prognosis of aSAH,we mainly analysis these factors that include gender,age,history of hypertension,with diabetes or not,smoking,drinking,the location and the size of the aneurysm,improved Fisher grading,Hunt-Hess grade on admission,Glasgow Outcome Scale,neurosurgeons world alliance(WFNS)classification,presence of vasospasm and hydrocephalus,further hemorrhage,cerebral ischemia,presence of hyponatremia,operation methods and so on.By X2 test,the result shows us that:the related factors and treatment on prognosis of patients with aSAH menstrual blood tube difference was statistically significant when the P is less than 0.05.Result:By X2 test,patients' gender,the site of aneurysm,operation method,analysis results show that the above factors has no impact on the prognosis of patients with aSAH when the P is less than 0.05.T test was carried out on the patients' age,aneurysm diameter results showed that the aneurysm diameter has no impact on the prognosis of patients with aSAH(P = 0.699).The patients' age has impact on the prognosis of patients with aSAH when the P is less than 0.05.By the X2 test we know that history of hypertension,history of diabetes,history of smoking and drinking,Hunt-Hess grade on admission,improved Fisher grading,WFNS grading,presence of vasospasm and hydrocephalus,further hemorrhage,cerebral ischemia,presence of hyponatremia these related factors,the results showed that the related factors and treatment on prognosis of patients with aSAH menstrual blood tube difference was statistically significant when the P is less than 0.05.Conclusion:We had done a large number of experiments in order to study the etiology,pathology and pathogenesis of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage.The related treatments continuously perfect,but it is still the common one kind of cerebrovascular disease which could cause of death and disability.With the character of abruptly and dangerous illness,prognosis is poor,it determines that the patients with aSAH will cause enough attention by the neurologist.Therefore,how to intervent aSAH progress effectively,how to effectively improve the quality of survival,improve prognosis,it is a severe test that clinical doctors must face,and it has important practical significance.This needs us to strengthen the preoperative evaluation,when and how to choose a good surgery,postoperative care and monitoring,try to avoid the surgical complications.This study is aboute patients with gender,age,history of hypertension,diabetes,smoking history of drinking,Hunt-Hess grade on admission,the location and size of the aneurysm,improved Fisher grading,WFNS grading,presence of vasospasm and hydrocephalus,with further hemorrhage or not,cerebral ischemia,presence of hyponatremia,operation method,after 3 month follow-up results or in discharge GOS and so on.I really hope that the results of the research provide certain help for clinical work,especially in patients with monitoring,management and treatment.So analysis and study the related factors influencing the endovascular treatment aSAH prognosis has a certain practical value.
