Brain computer interface(BCI)is a technology that uses brain activity to communicate with external devices without relying on peripheral organizations.One of the most important means to implement the brain computer interface is the electroencephalogram(EEG)signal,which is a weak physiological electrical signal related to brain activity.When the brain changes,the EEG signals will change accordingly.When the brain is damaged in different areas,it will show a certain degree of cognitive and motor dysfunction.In this paper,the EEG signals of cognitive and motor dysfunction patients are detected and analyzed,and the following research worksare carried out:1.This paper designed an experimental program for cognitive and motor function test in patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI).The experiment program covers many kinds of stimulus tasks,and the stimulus content,the mode of stimulation and the difficulty of operation are more suitable for the subjects,and the experimental program is developed by using the computer visual programming language platform E-Prime.2.Set up for patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI)64 channel EEG system detection and analysis of patients with EEG experiment,MCI patients group and healthy control group(the 15)for signal acquisition experiments,each experiment subjects completed 5 cognitive tasks and 3 kinds of motion tasks,each lasting time is about 2 hours.3.Analyzedthe interferenceofdata sources,meanwhile denoised and filtered to the EEG data,and do time-frequency analysistothe EEG data.Draw the EEG map to visualize the relationship between the energy and location of the EEG signal,so that the relationshipbetween EEG signal and stimulus task and brain functional area will be obtained.4.The results show that the increase in brain associated with brain electrical strength when processing the information,the main areas of information processing in the frontal lobe,with increasing stimulation of the difficulty of the task,but also to strengthen the strength of EEG in different degree;at the same time,the group of patients with MCI in the treatment of the same stimulus task,EEG intensity ratio the healthy control group is stronger,shows that patients with MCI group needs to deal with the same stimulus task consumes more energy and in the brain,brain cells more.In summary,this paper uses two kinds of stimulation from two dimensions of EEG in patients with MCI was studied,including two kinds of stimulation for visual and auditory stimuli,two dimensions of task refers to the stimulation and brain position.To explore the stimulation mode,stimulation task and location of brain electrodes in patients with MCI,so as to provide theoretical support for the establishment of the cognitive level testing and training system for MCI patients.
