The Clinical Observation Of Treatment Of Compounded ZiBei Decoctionin Acute Non-variceal Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Objectives:(1)To observe the clinical efficacy of compounded ZiBei decoction in treating acute non-varicealupper gastrointestinal bleeding.(2)To evaluate the security of compounded ZiBei decoction in treating acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:(1)60 patients,diagnosed as acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding,based on the principles of 1:1,patients wereenrolled into treatment group and control group with block randomization.(2)Western medicine control group:30 patients,receive the therapy of "Lansoprazole"30mg bolus,twice a day;treatment group:30 patients,based on the therapy of control group,receive compounded ZiBei decoction,one dose a day,2 times a day,every 90ml.Each course of treatmentwas 7 days.(3)After one course,compare the clinical efficacy between two groups and evaluate the security of compounded ZiBei decoction in treating acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Results:(1)The recovery rate of the treatment group was 83.00%,the efficiency was 10.00%,the efficient was 6.67%,the recovery rate of the control group was 60.00%,the efficiency was 23.33%,the efficient was 16.67%,effective rate in treatment group were higher than western medicine control group(P<0.05).The date confirmed that the clinical efficacy of compounded ZiBei decoction combined with lansoprazole was better than lansoprazole.(2)The time of fecal occult blood testing turned to negative in treatment group is shorter than western medicine control group(P<0.05).Before the treatment,the difference of total integral in two groups was not statistical significant(P>0.05).Before and after the treatment,the comparison of the total integral in two groups was statistical significant(P<0.01).The comparison of total integral in two groups after the treatment was statistical significant(P<0.05).(3)Before and after the treatment,the improvement of dizziness,palpitation,debilitation,languid,irritability,dry mouth,fear of cold,chest distress,borborygmus,frequency of stool,total stool weight in both were statistical significant(P<0.05).The improvements of dizziness,debilitation,dry mouth,fear of cold,chest distress,frequency of stool symptoms in treatment group were better than that in control group.But the improvement of palpitation,languid,irritability,fear of cold,borborygmus,total stool weight symptom have no statistical significant(P>0.05).(4)In treatment group,there was no patient that hepatorenal and kidney function was damaged.Conclusion:The combination of compounded ZiBei decoction and lansoprazole in treating acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding has the better effectiveness evaluation in improving clinical syptoms,curative effcet,compared with control group.No any adverse reactions in treatment group,the compounded ZiBei decoction exploit the new idea of the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in treating acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding,was deserved to clinical popularization and application.
