Objective:We evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of UA through observing the effect of Ginseng Decoction on the clinical symptoms, signs, atherogenic index of plasma, blood lipid, electrocardiogram,TCM symptom score before and after treatment in patients with unstable angina pectoris. And we initially study the basic theory of the treatment of UA by Ginseng Decoction,in order to provide clinical and theoretical basis for the treatment of UA.Method:According to the inclusion criteria, using randomized controlled clinical trial design method, the observation of 66 patients grouping by random number table were divided into the control group 32 cases and the treatment group of 34 cases. The control group was treated with standard Western Medicine;the treatment group was treated on the basis of western medicine standard treatment group with Ginseng Decoction(Codonopsis,Atractylodes,Licorice,Ginger, the 9g),for 2 weeks. At the beginning of treatment before and after 2 weeks of treatment by observing in patients with therapeutic index of TCM syndrome score, electrocardiogram changes, blood lipid level, plasma induced atherosclerosis index level of efficacy index and safety indicators of blood routine, liver function, renal function, electrolyte, high sensitivity C reactive protein,we analyze the effect of Ginseng Decoction on the curative effect and safety index, and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of UA in the treatment of patients.Results:1.Two groups of TCM syndrome score were significantly decreased. The difference compared in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).After the treatment of TCM syndrome scores were compared between groups;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).TCM syndrome score decreased after treatment in two groups was compared between groups;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group. Two groups of patients with TCM syndrome, the total effective rate of the control, group was 50%;the total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.3%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.2.Two groups of patients with ECG curative effect, the total effective rate of the control group was 50%;the total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.4%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.Comparison of the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the level of TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,TG between control group and treatment group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).TC and LDL-C levels decreased after the treatment in the two groups;comparison between groups and groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of values between groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Comparison of HDL-C levels in two groups before and after treatment by between group and group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment the level of TG in group comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001<0.01);in control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);in the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);Comparison of TG values among groups, the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group.4.After treatment, there was no significant difference between AIP control group and group(P=0.735>0.05).The difference was statistically significant between the two treatment groups(P<0.001).After treatment, there was significant difference between the AIP groups.AIP reduction value after treatment in the two groups were compared;the difference was statistically significant, and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusions:1 This research shows that the combination of western medicine standard treatment and Ginseng Decoction intervention can improve the TCM clinical syndrome and ECG effect of deficiency cold type patients with UA.2.This study shows that Ginseng Decoction intervention compared with simple western medicine standardized treatment can effectively reduce the level of blood lipids in patients with UA,suggesting that Ginseng Decoction in the treatment of lipid-lowering treatment has a certain role.3.This research shows that Ginseng Decoction intervention compared with simple western medicine standardized treatment can effectively reduce the level of plasma induced atherosclerosis index, suggesting that Ginseng Decoction not only can decrease the concentration of LDL-C,but also can increase the size of the diameter of LDL-C,reducing sLDL,which reduces the risk of UA patients.4.This study evaluates efficiently the curative effect and safety of Ginseng Decoction in the treatment of deficiency cold type patients with UA.
