Objective:To observe the clinical value of lateral skin/mucosa flap sphincter-sparing surgery, through the study of 30 patients with fistulous abscess. The aim is to explore a high success rate surgical approach, which has no risk of recurrence, protecting function and promoting rapid recovery of perianal abscess surgery.Methods:30 patients with fistulous abscess were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were included in the standard. The grouping method was simple and randomized.Treatment group and control group, respectively, using lateral skin/mucosal flap?the traditional one-time incision threading.Postoperative complications?the cure rate and recovery time of all patients were observed, and we analyzed and compared the result. Results:In the overall cure rate, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).But compared with the control group, the wound healing time of the treatment group was significantly shorter(P<0.05),in the treatment group, the postoperative pain, urinary retention and anal leakage, electrolyte leakage, leakage solid etc.have improved, and had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ensuring the premise of high cure rate, the lateral skin/mucosa flap technique in the treatment of fistulous abscess is a worthy surgical method of clinical application,to alleviate the suffering of patients, shorten the course of treatment and to maximally protect the anal continence.
