Background and Purpose—Hypertension is a major public health problem of the society, and also the key field of chronic disease prevention and control. To evaluate the effect of real-time chiri-cal consmlfation technology on blood pressure control for hypertensive patients. Methods—Total 80 hypertensive patients were randomly divided into real-time chiri-cal consmlfation management group(management group,n=40)and control group(n=40).Conventional antihypertensive medication was given for both groups. In management group additional real-time chiri-cal consmlfation management was performed, including real-time monitoring of blood pressure, general health education, effective exercise, dietary intake and actual balance amount.reminding of medication by voice reminder and SMS through the information platform of automatic warning system. The systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),fasting glucose(FBG),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)before and 1 year after intervention were detected and analyzed between the two groups. Results—Comparison between the two groups: The SBP,DBP,FBG,TC,TG were all statistically significant before and 1 year after intervention(P <0.05).After 1 year follow up,compliance of patients in management group increased from 15%(6/40) to 60%(24/40),while that in control group increased from 17.5%(7/40)to 27.5%(11/40).Conclusions—real-time chiri-cal consmlfation technology can reduce blood pressure, blood glucose and lipid levels.Awareness of risk factors, proper and nutrition balanced diet, regularly exercise to control weight and changing unhealthy lifestyle are effective measures to sustainably prevent and control hypertension.
