Objective: Using Beijing BJ-DRGs grouping method,to the digestive system disease were grouped on inpatients in a hospital in Dalian City,the analysis of Beijing BJ-DRGs group method required for the applicability of inpatients in Dalian Hospital and the implementation of DRGs in the process of policy,environment and other conditions,to provide theoretical basis and suggestions for performance management and medical insurance management the implementation and application of DRGs in Dalian.Methods: This study through the reference,the domestic and international literatures,summarizing disease related groups in the domestic and foreign development and other related information.Collected in a hospital of Dalian from May 2015 to May 2016,the inpatient medical record information data,using the Beijing version of the BJ-DRGs grouping method and grouping research results and analysis of packet Grouping effect.Grouping of selected variables has the main diagnosis,patient age,gender,duration of hospitalization,hospitalization expenses.The use of Excel to establish a database for data analysis using SPSS statistical software.Statistical methods include rank sum test and normal distribution test.Results: a total of 6283 cases of inpatient medical record information were collected,including the following 211 diseases,covering the DRGs group of the Beijing version of the BJ-DRGs digestive system disease and dysfunction of the DRGs grouping of the 35 groups.The collected data,the average age of the patients was(56.15 + 15.29)years old,3439 were male,accounting for 54.73% of the total number of patients,female patients with 2844 people,accounting for the total number of patients on 45.27%.hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses,the median hospital stay was 7 days,four points a distance between 5 days;median the hospitalization expenses is 10354.33 yuan,four spacing is 7284.28 yuan.The hospitalization expenses is divided into five.Among them,medical expenses accounted for the total hospitalization expenses of 5.65%,median medical expenses for 460.9 yuan,examination fee to the total hospitalization expenses of 18.82%,median inspection fee is 2657.6 yuan,the operation costs accounted for the total hospitalization expenses of 26.13%,median operation fee is 838 yuan,accounting for the total cost the hospitalization expenses of 29.39%,fees for a median of 3053.83 yuan,nursing costs accounted for the total hospitalization expenses of 0.52%,median nursing fee is 49.50 yuan.The packet is completed,the statistical methods for testing,each DRGs packet group and a small coefficient of variation between group differences,group effect is good.The patients of different gender and duration of hospitalization was not statistically significant,statistically significant sex and hospitalization expenses,hospitalization expenses of male patients than female patients.Age and hospitalization days,hospitalization the cost of hospitalization was statistically significant,with age increasing growth trend,changes with age and hospitalization expenses fluctuate slightly.Significant length of hospital stay and hospital costs of different treatment groups,hospitalization days from high to low in the surgical group,medicine group,operation group and non operation;hospitalization costs from high to low in the surgical group,non operation group,medicine group was statistically significant.The length of hospital stay and hospital costs were serious the degree of disease groups,more severe disease complex,hospital stay and hospital costs higher.Conclusion:1.The study was reasonable and effective,and demonstrated the applicability of the method of Beijing BJ-DRGs group in Dalian Hospital.2.Statistical analysis of the relationship between the various variables,the use of DRGs for medical service performance evaluation and medical insurance management to provide a theoretical basis for the study.3.The implementation of DRGs in Dalian,the focus should be on the hospital information,medical record information quality management and other basic work to improve...
