Background and purpose With the development of dual source CT technology,it has been used more and more widely in clinicpractic. The heart coronary artery CTA angiography has become a routine method of checking coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction and so on.Excessive doses of radiation and excessive concentrations of contrast agents during the course of the examinationwill pose a potential risk to the patient. At present, how to reduce radiation dose and reduce the dosage or concentration of contrast agents at home and abroad has become a hot topic. In this paper,dual-source CT dual-energy technology, the use of different concentrations of contrast agents,a "one-stop" heart examination for patients. That is,oronary CTA and myocardial perfusion examination, calculate the radiation dose of two groups of patients, and calculate the total transmural gradient value(t TPG)of each ventricular segment, the total iodine and the rate of iodine injection in group A and B were calculated. The quality of coronary artery was observed and the results of the two groups were analyzed. To explore the clinical application value of "one-stop" heart test with low concentration contrast agent.Materials and Methods The clinical diagnosis of 138 cases during the period from October 2015 to May 2016 for myocardial infarction underwent dual source CT "one-stop" heart examination were randomly divided into A,B two groups, respectively, with different concentrations of contrast agent,A group(69 cases)contrast agent Visipaque(270mg I/m L)70ml and 50 ml normal saline,B group(69 cases)contrast medium-omnipaque370(370mg I/m L)70ml and 50 ml normal saline. To use with post-processing software for coronary artery Imaging and myocardial perfusion imaging, calculating the effective radiation dose of the two groups of patients, the calculation of A and B two groups of the main branch of total transmural perfusion gradient(t TPG value)and total amount of iodine and iodine injection rate, and compared to two groups;the image quality of coronary angiography were scored by two radiologist.Using SPSS17.0 software for statistical treatment, total transmural perfusion gradient, effective radiation dose and image quality were compared by test.If P<0.05,there was statistical significance. Results A,B two group of 138 patients completed the "one-stop" heart examination;A,B two groups of patients with right coronary artery(RCA),left anterior descending(LAD),the left circumflex artery(LCX)blood supply area total t TPG value, the P values were 0.081,0.205,0.163,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);group A total iodine content of 18.9 g compared with the B group(25.9 g)decreased by 27%,A injection rate of 13.5 g/ s iodine group than in B group(18.5 g/ s)decreased by 27%,the effective radiation dose of A and B groups were 6.78 ± 0.80,8.50 ± 0.84,the two groups had no statistical significance;coronary image quality score of the two groups to compare the value of P was 0.771,scores of the two groups were not statistically significant. Conclusion Dual-source CT dual-energy myocardial perfusion using low-concentration contrast agent examination, not only can achieve better image quality coronary artery images and myocardial perfusion of iodine images, understanding of coronary artery disease and myocardial ischemia, infarction, and can reduce the patient contrast agent Iodine intake,in clinical has a high research value and application value.
