Snoring is a common sleep phenomenon which is easily ignored.People who snore are associated with significant apnea or hypopnea phenomenon,if the obstruction or hypopnea is very frequent and the respiratory obstruction is in serious condition,then this will become a disease we called Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome.The most used and most authoritative diagnosis method for the SAHS is polysomnography.But this method did not make the most SAHS patients get effective treatment due to its high cost,uncomfortableness,the limited of place and time.The research of this paper is to improve the present situation.In this paper,we introduce a set of portable sleep respiration monitoring equipment designed by ourselves.The device consists of four modules: the first module is the bone conduction microphone module,the key function of this module is: collecting and analyzing breathing sound signal of human body during sleep,to realize the monitoring of the respiratory state;the second module is the air conduction microphone module,is mainly used to collect high energy signals,such as speech signal and snoring sound,and combine with the data collected by bone conduction microphone to do the analysis;the third part is the heart rate sensor,which is used to collect the body's heart rate information during sleep;the fourth module is gyroscope module,which can achieve the judgment of sleeping position.Choose the people who often snore during their sleep as our subjects,and collect the respiratory sounds,heart rate and body position information by our real-time monitoring equipment.Using Matlab and Praat do the data analysis,the respiratory status and heart rate during sleep can be monitored in real time;The position monitoring of the subjects during sleep was realized by integrating the data of the gyroscope;In this paper,the relationship between body posture and snoring frequency in the course of sleep was verified.
