Purpose: To analyze and find the indexes of preoperative blood and hemagglutination in meningioma patients to predict the risk of postoperative venous thrombosis(DVT)and postoperative D-dimer content, and reliable clinical predictive criteria. For early measures to prevent thrombosis to provide reference.Method: June 2015-June 2016,Zhengzhou University, the first affiliated hospital neurosurgery meningioma surgery patients 864 cases of the next morning after the morning blood test blood test routine blood clotting, postoperative 3d,5d,7d,9d days Early morning were blood test, test D dimer level changes.Patients were divided into DVT group(86 cases)and non-DVT group(778 cases)according to whether DVT was performed after operation. The group of laboratory test indicators into the computer after the statistical treatment. In order to exclude the influence of age and gender on the test index,98 cases of non-DVT group with similar age and sex were selected as the control group.Measurement data using the mean ± standard deviation((?) ± s)form, compared between the two groups using t test, set P <0.05 was statistically significant, for the preoperative blood, blood coagulation index to find two groups The factors influencing the differences were analyzed by univariate logistic regression. The multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors. The multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of DVT patients after neurosurgery.(ROC curve)to determine the corresponding threshold, and its sensitivity to the formation of DVT and the specificity of the prediction. The D-dimer values of continuous monitoring were recorded in detail to find out the differences and changes of D-dimer values in DVT group and non-DVT group. The D-dimer level was analyzed on the third day after operation, and the optimal cut-off value was determined by ROC curve, and the specificity and sensitivity of DVT were predicted. Results: The level of neutrophil(6.4 ± 3.17)in patients with DVT was significantly higher than that in non-DVT patients(4.26 ± 2.21),the difference was statistically significant(all P <0.01)by logistic regression analysis,Cells(OR = 1.722,CI: 1.348-2.067,P <0.01)were independent risk factors for DVT formation after meningiomas.(95% CI = 0.787-0.892,P <0.001),the critical value was 5.9,and the area under the postoperative DVT-forming subject's working curve(ROC)The predicted sensitivity was 68.3% and the specificity was 81.9%.D dimer in the DVT group and non-DVT group were significantly higher than those in the DVT group and the non-DVT group at 3d,5d,7d and 9d days after operation.Significant differences. The area under the ROC curve was 0.92(95% CI = 0.861-0.979,P <0.001),and the maximum dendrimer was used to determine the truncated value.Value of 3.2mg / L,the corresponding prediction sensitivity of 78.8%,specificity of 92.9%.Conclusions: 1.preoperative neutrophil levels of meningioma after the formation of lower extremity venous thrombosis have a certain role in the prediction.2.postoperative 3 days after the D-dimer level continued to increase the formation of meningioma DVT after the formation of a certain role in the prediction.
