Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of JNK and p-JNK in advanced prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:Forty cases of advanced prostate cancer tissue wax block and twenty-one cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia tissue block were selected from Department of Pathology of First Affiliated Hospital of Da lian medical University.All patients with advanced prostate cancer postoperative pathological stage was T3/T3/Nx-1Mx.The expression of JNK and p-JNK protein was detected by immune histochemical method.The relationship between advanced prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia,and the pathologic features of advanced prostate cancer in JNK and p-JNK were analyzed.Results:The positive expression rates of JNK protein in benign prostatic hyperplasia group and advanced prostate cancer group were 42.86%and 52.50%,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The positive rates of JNK protein in advanced prostate cancer with no metastatic cancer and metastatic cancer,Gleason?7 and Gleason>7,PSA?20ng/ml and PSA>20ng/ml,survival time>5 years and survival time?5 years were 53.85%and 51.85%?58.82%and 47.82%,57.14%and 51.52%,60.00%and 45.00%,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The positive expression rates of p-JNK protein in benign prostatic hyperplasia group and advanced prostate cancer group were 33.33%and 35.00%,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The positive rates of JNK protein in advanced prostate cancer with no metastatic cancer and metastatic cancer,Gleason?7 and Gleason>7,PSA?20ng/ml and PSA>20ng/ml were 30.77%and 37.03%,35.29%and 34.78%,43.75%and 10.93%,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The positive rate of p-JNK in advanced prostate cancer with survival time>5 years and survival time?s years were 50.00%and 20.00%,There was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The advanced prostate cancer survival time with p-JNK high expression is longer than low expression.The phosphorylation of JNK is associated with prognosis in patients with advanced prostate cancer.p-JNK is expected to be a prognostic marker for advanced prostate cancer and provide a new strategy for the clinical treatment of advanced prostate cancer.
