| Objective:The study method of small sample randomized control had been used in this project.The control group is traditional acunpuncture.The clinical effect of Sun-style Abdominal Acupuncture method on hypertension of type ofyang-hyperactivity due to yin-deficiency are observed.To observe the clinical curative effect of sun-style abdominal acupuncture method on treatment of essential hypertension.This project aims to expand the effect of abdominal acupuncture and the acupuncture therapy applicable scope of hypertension,and provide the rigorous scientific research material and the clinical new idea for the combination of abdominal acupuncture to treat the hypertension.Methods:All cases in the research are from gynecology ward patients who visited the TCM Hospital of Guangdong Province and the second hospital.In accordance with the standard the research set to select cases,66 cases were equally randomized into treatment group(the group using abdominal acupuncture)and control group(the group using traditional acupuncture),with 33cases each.After that,the treatment we investgated was conducted on a daily basis,One course of therapy consist of one menstruals cycle.In this study,the project must be completed three course of therapy.After 3 course of therapy,according to the index and comparison of The curative effect in prior treatment and post-treatment,we can make a quantization scoring in the end.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for dealing with all the data from the study.Results:In accordance with the standard the research set to select cases,66 cases who is hypertension due to kidney deficiency and ovulation failure were equally randomized into this project.33 cases in the treatment group(the group using abdominal acupuncture)were displacement(2 patients,because of treatment interruption),33 cases in control group(the group using traditional acunpuncture)were displacement(3 patient),61 cases are observed in reality.1.Comparison of the information between treatment group and control group before treatment:through statistic analysis and comparison,we can know that two groups' patients had no statistical significance in age,type of hypertension,TCM syndrome type.The treatment group and control group are comparable(P>0.05).2.After 3 course of therapy,the index are observed and analyzed.(1)The total effective rate was 90.32%in the treatment group and 70.00%in the control group.The effect of treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).?The instant antihypertensive effect of acupuncture.This topic research has found that patients' blood pressure after acupuncture has a slightly sharp decline.After statistics analysis,drop in blood pressure level exists significant difference after treatment(P<0.01),at the same time the effect of antihypertensive treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).?The short-term effect of acupuncture.This study observe the anti?hypertensive effect of acupuncture after 3 courses of treatment.We found that the treatment had significantly lower blood pressure before the treatment(P<0.01),antihypertensive effect of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group(P<0.05),When compared with the immediate blood pressure level after three courses of treatment,the systolic blood pressure of the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05)and the diastolic blood pressure decreased,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05),In the control group,the systolic blood pressure decreased significantly compared with the immediate antihypertensive effect,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly compared with the immediate antihypertensive effect was significant,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).?The long-term effect of acupuncture.Follow-up study of blood pressure after 1 month of treatment showed that that the treatment group patients with blood pressure values is still obvious drop after the acupuncture treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).When compared with 3 period of treatment after treatment of blood pressure values,the systolic blood pressure in the treatment group increased slightly and the diastolic blood pressure did not change significantly(P>0.05);Compared with the end of the three courses,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure were increased and the signs of rebound were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)It was comparable that TCM syndrome score of two groups was little different before the treatment.And after the treatment,TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was better than the former one(P<0.05),while the score of control group showed no difference between the former and latter(P>0.05),which meaned the experimental group can improve the TCM syndrome and cure effect.(3)In Du' s hypertension life scale statistics,the score was obviously decreased in two groups(P<0.01),and the curative effect of treatment group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Sun-style abdominal acupuncture in immediate and long-term,step-down made significant treatment effect,can make the drop in blood pressure in patients with more stable and durable.The method is better than traditional acupuncture.The method also can be significant in improving patients from a series of hypertension with symptoms,relieve patients' pain and improve the patients quality of life.2.Sun-style abdominal acupuncture in acupuncture blood pressure effect is good,has obtained the good curative effect,no obvious adverse reaction occurred,a reliable method to treat high blood pressure-It is worthy promoting the development of application. |
