ObjectiveObjective:Heart failure is one of the common diseases in clinic,which is the critical illness syndrome caused by the damage of the heart.Heart failure is the result of a variety of heart disease or non heart diseases,such as palpitation,chest pain,cough,etc..The incidence of heart failure in our country is on the rise,so it has been paid more and more attention.The disease has a complex clinical manifestations and pathological changes,and traditional Chinese medicine treatment from the overall,has the advantages of comprehensive role,which is widely concerned.From the Qin Dynasty to the modern,after more than two thousand years,ancient physicians through long-term clinical observation and practical understanding,and gradually improve the heart failure onset law and main points of syndrome differentiation,summed up the rich experience of clinical medicine,has accumulated a large amount of documents and materials.This article is from this point of view,of the pre Qin period to the historical origins of modern Chinese literature of heart failure and the period of discussions of the disease development and unique review collation and research.MethodsThrough the collation and study of ancient and modern China and the related literature,systematic summary and combing on heart failure of the rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine literature,and combined with Chinese specific treatment experience,forming theory with practice,practice tests theory research and writing papers.In order for the future in-depth study of syndrome differentiation and treatment of heart failure has reference value for the research results.ResultsThis research mainly uses the literature research method and the analysis summary law,to the ancient and modern Chinese medicine about heart failure's recovery treatment literature,the experience to carry on the comprehensive reorganization,the summary and the thorough analysis.Mainly draws the following results:first,in the pre Qin,Han,Jin,Sui,Tang,song,Jin and yuan,Ming and Qing for the stage division of the period of traditional Chinese medicine on heart failure etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and other aspects of the main works and the doctors of mining and analysis,found in the ancient literature research to heart obstruction,cough,saliva,heart swell,heart weakness,heart attack,heart palpitations,dyspnea,cough,edema,deer marks,syncope and prostration disease certificate for clues from syndrome elements distribution,heart,kidney,lung,spleen,collaterals,deficiency of Yang,deficiency of vital energy,blood stains,water stop for chronic heart failure disease location and disease syndrome elements.The ancient doctors on the treatment of the syndrome's academic thought and experience in the diagnosis and treatment are also a lot of heart failure treatment,such as Bupleurum Decoction,gypsum soup,cinnabar won the God pill,Lao Wan,Astragalus soup,Buxin decoction,Gui Xintang etc..According to the current status of the research of the etiology and pathogenesis of heart failure,clinical scholars believe that the outside because of wind,cold,wet,heat,the internal cause is the improper diet,impassioned internal injuries,viscera function disorder.But many doctors and the pathogenesis of heart failure are discussed from different angles.Professor Guo Weiqin believes that the basic pathogenesis is in is the basis of qi deficiency,feeling the outside is evil,causing injuries to the spleen and kidney yang,deficiency of Qi and blood stasis,moisture,skin spillover.The pathogenesis is deficiency of Qi and blood stasis,Yang pan water.ConclusionThis paper discussedon heart failure TCM reclassified,and convenient for clinical practical application.Prescription and method of modern doctors of commonly used in the treatment of heart failure were summarized,which provide the value of literature and the clinical reference for future research.
