Objective:Through the Learning of IL-1?gene rs16944(G>A)locus genotype differences in coronary heart disease and healthy controls,to explore the relationship between the polymorphism of IL-1?gene rs16944(G>A)locus and CHD.Methods;(1)190 cases of coronary heart disease patients from the Department of Cardiology;Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University were selected as coronary heart disease group,and 192 cases similarity to the sex-matched and age healthy controls were selected as control group.(2)The genotypes of the IL-1?gene rs16944(G>A)SNPs tested with nucleotide sequencing and PCR-RFLP.(3)The frequencies of the genotypes and alleles were evaluated with SPSS21.0.Results:(1)The genotypes of the IL-1?gene rs16944(G>A)locus of two groups exhibited a non-significant difference by the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(P>0.05),coronary heart disease patients gene frequency in accordance with the genetic equilibrium law,with constancy.(2)The first data presentation to 190 cases of coronary heart disease patients,AA type 58 case?AG type 98 case?GG type 34 case,the data frequencies are 30.5%?51.6%?17.9%,AA+AG type frequencies is 56.3%,GG+AG type frequencies is 43.7%.192 case of the control group,AA type 42 case?AG type 103 case?GG type 47 case?the data frequencies are 21.9%?53.6%?24.5%,AA+AG type frequencies is 48.7%,GG+AG type frequencies is 51.3%.The second time data presentation of 190 cases of coronary heat disease patients,AA type 53 case?AG type 98 case?GG type 41 case,the data frequencies are 26.8%?51.6%?21.6%,AA+AG type frequencies is 52.6%,GG+AG type frequencies is 47.4%.192 case of the control group,AA type 51 case?AG type 87 case?GG type 52 case,the data frequencies are 26.8%?45.8%?27.4%,AA+AG type frequencies is 49.7%?GG+AG type frequencies is 50.3%.By means of the two submit for censorship compare that we can take of the two gene frequency group coincidence statistical significance.AA gene type P<0.05?OR>1,that is to say carry-over the AA gene type take the CHD danger is 1.235 times than control group.Conclusion:The IL-1? gene rs16944(G>A)polymorphism maybe closely related to CHD,carry-over the A gene type take the CHD danger than normal population.
