Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic repair and arthroscopic assisted small incision repair for rotator cuff injury. Methods:The clinical data of patients with rotator cuff injury from January 2012 to January 2015 in our hospital treatment of 86 cases were analyzed retrospectively, according to the different treatment for the two groups, with 46 cases through arthroscopic rotator cuff repair in patients treated as arthroscopic assisted small incision repair group 4 with 40 cases;arthroscopic rotator cuff repair in the treatment of patients as arthroscopic repair group.Compared the two groups before and after treatment of shoulder joint activity, muscle strength and ASES score,UCLA score and VAS score. Results:The results of small incision arthroscopic repair group postoperative abduction activity of 131.4 plus or minus 18.8 degrees, external rotation 64.9 plus or minus 8.8 degrees, internal rotation 63.7 + 7.3 degrees;arthroscopic repair group postoperative abduction activity of 132.3 plus or minus 16.9 degrees, external rotation 65.1 plus or minus 9.4 degrees, internal rotation 64.4 + 8.1?two groups;after the shoulder joint activity were significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);but the two groups after the treatment of shoulder joint activity had no significant difference(P>0.05).Small incision under arthroscopy in repair group postoperative muscle:abduction 4.6 + 0.2,4.7 + 0.3 level external rotation, internal rotation of 4.9 ?0.3;arthroscopic repair group postoperative muscle:abduction 4.7 + 0.3,4.8 + 0.2 level external rotation, internal rotation of 4.8 + 0.2;two groups the strength of the muscle was significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);but there was no significant difference between the two groups of postoperative muscle strength(P>0.05).After treatment, small incision arthroscopic repair group ASES score 88.4 + 8.9,29.6 + 3.6 UCLA score,VAS score was 1.4 + 0.3;arthroscopic repair group ASES score 89.5 + 9.6,30.8 + 4.1 UCLA score,VAS score was 1.3 + 0.4;after treatment,ASES scores of the two groups the UCLA score was significantly increased compared with that before the treatment, the VAS score decreased significantly compared with before treatment, the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05);but there were no significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The mean follow-up time was 20.8 months(18-35 months). Conclusion:Conclusion arthroscopic repair and arthroscopic assisted small incision for repair of rotator cuff injury has certain clinical curative effect, surgical treatment can improve the safety and reliability, but the arthroscopic repair of injury is more less.
