ObjectiveThis experiment draws on the technique of adjusting window in CT reading,we use the PHOTOSHOP image post-processing technique to realize the astigmatism gray scale value adjustment,to achieve similar role and effect of the window to explore a similar acoustic impedance coefficient can be close to the two organizations can clearly show the interface technology and verify its clinical application effect.Materials and methodsRandomly selected 77 patients with thyroid nodule resection or puncture,each patient was given preoperative ultrasonography,the first TI-RADS diagnosis was obtained by routine examination,and input the control group.And then use the conventional combination of gray-scale adjustment technology to obtained the second TI-RADS diagnosis,and input the intervention group.The two sets of ultrasonic TI-RADS diagnosis were drawn,follow up of each patient’s postoperative pathology report.The number of coincidence cases,the number of cases,the number of incompatible cases,the number of true and false positive cases,the number of true and false negative cases in the two ultrasound diagnosis were statistically analyzed,and draw tables for statistical analysis.ResultsCompared with the two groups of ultrasound diagnosis and pathological report of the situation,the use of two groups of one-way order classification data rank sum test,calculate the statistics Z,because the number of experimental cases and the same order too much,so the calculation of correction Zc = 2.89,Z0.01= 2.58,P <0.01,according to α = 0.05 level,the difference was statistically significant.And then calculate the coincidence rate of the two groups of ultrasound TI-RADS diagnosis,it can be considered that the gray-scale adjustment technique combined with conventional ultrasound examination to determine the thyroid nodule and pathological report of the consistency of comparison only using conventional ultrasound examination method,the difference was statistically significance.And then the two cases of true and negative diagnosis of true and negative cases were recorded as the correct diagnosis of cases,false negative and false positive cases were recorded as false diagnosis cases,the chi-square test to calculate X2 = 12.4,degree of freedom ν = 1,Greater than the boundary value X0.05,12 = 3.84,also greater than the boundary value X0.012,1 = 6.63,can be obtained P <0.01.According to α = 0.05 level,it can be considered that the correct rate of ultrasound diagnosis is different,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusions1.The PHOTOSHOP gray scale adjustment function adjustment is used to adjust the ultrasound image can play a window width and window position similar to CT in reading.2.Thyroid nodules of interest by adjusting for gray scale can bring subtle gray difference magnify small acoustic impedance coefficient difference between thyroid nodules and surrounding tissues,to be recognized or easily recognized.3.Gray scale difference amplification micro thyroid nodules at the boundary of fine nodules can observe more detailed morphology,boundary and edge information,to help doctors determine the nature of the nodules,further improve the diagnostic accuracy.
