Background and objective Chronic kidney disease is caused by internal environment imbalances with kidney disease continue to develop syndrome. There are serum phosphorus, calcium or PTH abnormal and inflammation markers, such as CRP can appear continue to rise. There are mineral bone disorders and microinflammation state in ESRD patients, not only is a major cause of cardiovascular diseases for patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD),but also the important factors influencing the morbidity and mortality. This exploration was to mention the change of CRP level, analyzing the CRP between different stages and the relationship between the serum calcium, phosphorus and PTH,infer the realationship between the inflammation and CKD-MBD.Providing evidences about the prevention and treatment of inflammation and CKD-MBD.Methods We chosed ninty-six patients with CKD who came to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016.There are female 38 cases, male 58 cases, ages from 21 to 85 years old.We divided them in four groups: 17 cases in CKD1~2,21 cases in CKD3,24 cases in CKD4 and 34 cases in CKD5 according to the American NKF-K/DOQI.General information and experiementdatas of each group subjects were collected in the morning on the second day, getting elbow blood 5ml.Then detected serum calcium, phosphorus CRP and othe experimental data.Improving relevant conventional assay andcollecting all the basic information of the research object and case information.Combining with the relevant results, comparison and analysis of analysis of correlation were performedbetween serum calcuim, phosphorusand,PTH and CRP in CKD1~2,CKD3,CKD4 and CKD5.Reaults The serum calcium(2.11±0.16)mmol/L in CKD3 were lower compared with CKD1~2(P<0.05).The serum phosphorus(1.79±0.37)mmol/L,PTH(85.37±17.53)pg/mL and CRP(7.64±1.66)mg/L were higher compared with CKD1~2(P<0.05).In CKD4 the serum calcium(2.10±0.14)mmol/L were lower compared with CKD1~2(P<0.05)and the serum phosphorus(1.87±0.3)mmol/L,PTH(114.43±304)pg/mL,CRP(20.68±4.25)mg/L were higher compared with CKD1~2(P<0.05).In CKD5 the serum calcium(2.00±0.17)mmol/L were lower compared with CKD1~2(P<0.05)and the serum phosphorus(2.41±0.99)mmol/L,PTH(405.97±98.26)pg/mL and CRP(34.51±6.87)mg/L were higher compared with CKD1~2(P< 0.05).The serum calium(2.10±0.14)mmol/L,phosphorus(1.87±0.3)mmol/L,PTH(114.43±32.04)pg/mL and CRP(20.68±4.25)mg/L in CKD4 were not very difference from CKD3.In CKD5 the serum calcium(2.00±0.17)mmol/L were lower compared with CKD3(P<0.05)and the serum phosphorus(2.41±0.99)mmol/L,PTH(405.97±98.26)pg/m L and CRP(34.51±6.87)mg/L were higher compared with CKD3(P<0.05).In CKD5 the serum calcium(2.00±0.17mg/L)mmol/L were lower compared with CKD4(P<0.05)and the phosphorus(2.41±0.99)mmol/L,PTH(405.97±98.26)pg/m L,CRP(34.51±6.87)mg/L were higher compared with CKD4(P<0.05).The serum calcium were positively correlated with CRP(γ=-0.37,P<0.05),phosphorus has a significant realationship with CRP(γ=0.418,P<0.05)and PTH were also very important to CRP(γ=0.438,P<0.05)in CKD5.There was no statistical correlation among the serum calcium, phosphorus,PTH and CRP in CKD1~4(P>0.05).And the serum CRP in CKD5 were closely rel ated to the level of serum calcium, phosphorus, and PTH.Conclusions Advances in chronic kidney disease(CKD)is proportional to the MBD,at the same time is proportional to the level of CRP,CRP can play a role in chronic kidney disease(CKD-MBD progress. The microinflammatory sta te has a certion relationship with CKD-MBD.
