Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of forced-air warming system combined with infusion heating technology on recovery quality and homeostasis of patients with radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods:80 patients with radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer under general anesthesia were randomly selected and divided into two groups(n=40 each):the experimental group and control group.Cisatracurium, midazolam, fentanyl and etomidate were applied in all patients during the anesthesia induction.Forced-air warming system combined with infusion heating technology method was used in experimental group to keep patients warm, and the heat preservation was not done in control group. The nasopharyngeal temperature of the two groups was monitored and recorded respectively entrance time(Tl),after anesthesia induction 60min(T2),120min(T3)and operation complete time(T4).The recovery and extubation time and adverse reaction were recorded in both groups.Blood glucose, hemoglobin, blood lactic acid and pH value were measured at different time points(T1,T2,T3,T4).Relusts:(1)Compared with T1,the nasopharyngeal temperature was significantly decreased at T2-T4 in control group(P<0.001);There was no significant difference in body temperature at T1 between the two groups(P>0.05);The nasopharyngeal temperature in the control group at T2?T4 was significantly lower than that in the experimental group at the same time(P<0.001).(2)Compared with experimental group,The spontaneous breathing recovery time, open eyes time and the extubation time in control group were significantly extended;the incidence of chills, agitation and hypotension in control group was significantly higher than experimental group(P<0.05,P<0.001).(3)Compared with T1,the levels of Glu and Lac in T2?T4 were increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the levels in control group were significantly higher than experimental group(P<0.05);Compared with T1,the levels of pH and THb in T2?T4 were decreased in both groups, and the levels in control group were significantly lower than experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Application of forced-air warming system combined with infusion heating technology had better effects on maintain body temperature and reduce the occurrence of perioperative hypothermia in patients with radical gastrectomy;Body temperature protection can improve the quality of recovery and maintian the homeostasis.
